OBs gain a whole new Dimension in South Africa Grass Valley

South Africa’s Dimension Television Facilities is equipping its new OB van with Grass Valley live production systems, including a Trinix NXT digital video routing switcher with multiviewer, an Apex Plus digital audio routing switcher, two Kayak HD video production switchers, and four HD LDK 8000 Elite Series cameras. “In a mobile production truck, space is of paramount importance. Grass Valley offers one-stop solutions that are compact and highly efficient,” said Hennie Reynders, Director, DTF. “We have relied upon Grass Valley’s experience and expertise in the broadcast market for more than a decade and we are fully confident that our new OB van will deliver the high- quality content that our viewers expect.” The OB should be ready next month and will be used for various live events, including rugby, football, cricket, golf and motocross. 1.D11/1.E02
