Private Golf Lessons
Private golf lessons are available for adults and juniors with our golf teaching professional. Jim Festle and Tom Olms, certified golf professionals, can help all golfers improve their game from beginners to advanced, and from ages 3 to 95. All golf balls are included with lesson.

Semi-Private Golf Lessons

Intramural Golf Program
Exclusive four-week program for middle school students to learn golf with instruction on the basics of the golf swing, golf etiquette, putting and play. Junior golfers attend a lesson and orientation followed by three supervised rounds of golf. Orientation is Friday, September 6 from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m.

Women’s Only Golf School

Our popular summer camps take it indoors to the Recreation Center to continue the learning from summer. Registration deadline is one week prior to each session. Each participant receives practice balls during each session, Junior Rules Book and instruction by Tom Olms. No make-up sessions will be offered.

33rd Annual Firefly Nightlight Golf Open
Play under the cover of the night sky. This popular event is a foursome scramble with a shotgun start. Prizes awarded to the first three low gross foursomes. The fee includes glow-in-the-dark necessities. Golfers must be a minimum of 21 years of age and register as a foursome. Register at the Golf Club, Lincoln Center, Recreation Center or online at

Back for its second year! Play Downers Grove Golf Club and River Band Golf Club in this unique 18-hole tournament. Foursomes compete against one another for prizes and contest in this 4-man scramble event. Registration is held at Downers Grove Golf Club from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. The second nine holes are completed at River Bend Golf Club in Lisle with a shotgun start at noon. A BBQ will be held at the River Bend Golf Club following the event. Golf cart rental is not included in the tournament fees.
