warming dishes. To start off our meal, I chose the Loch Fyne rock oysters and my partner chose the Duck liver pate. Te red wine shallot vinegar with the fresh oysters was a pleasure to taste and the Brown bread added textual
variation to the plate. Te duck pate gave a bold flavour and was complimented with a delicious grape chutney and fluffy toasted brioche. I chose a pea, courgette and mint risotto for my main course and enjoyed every mouthful!
My partner opted for the stone-baked baby chicken with generous portion of rosemary scented potatoes, balsamic roasted red onions and a tasty chicken dripping jus. Needless to say, he finished the entire plate! To finish, we managed to squeeze in a white chocolate crème brulee with orange compote and a naughty dark chocolate fondant with sharp passion fruit ice-cream. We then moved to the HUNter 486 bar where we enjoyed cocktails created by the talented mixologists at the Arch. For lovers of champagne (and who doesn’t love champagne?) Le Salon de Champagne will impress. Te Veuve Clicquot Ceiling, a collection of famous quotes and tasting notes designed by the illustrator Sara Fanelli, is very sophisticated. Te Arch also offers Afternoon Tea, which is held in its Martini Library. Tis really is a decadent space with period stone fireplaces and intriguing collection of Taschen and Daunt books. Guests keen to burn off the scrumptious cakes served with afternoon tea can head to the gym, which is available 24 hours a day. Situated on the lower ground floor, it offers the latest fitness equipment and a spacious area for stretching and abdominal work. What’s more, the staff at the Arch can organise personal training sessions and yoga tuition on request so if you lack self-motivation then you can still make sure that a health kick is on the cards. Te Arch London offers timeless hospitality and absolute glamour, providing every guest with all of the entertainment, relaxation and luxury that they could possibly desire.
