T e lodge comes complete with a dedicated in house team, whose service could easily match that of any of the best hotels around the world. We had a driver – who also helped us as a ski concierge, host and chef. I can tell you that the bespoke menu created by the chef was quite exquisite. My daughter has some food allergies and he catered to her needs superbly.
Although we loved our days on the slopes,
we sometimes found it diffi cult to make it out of the lodge at all. T e surroundings are just so comfortable – like a real home away from home.
My husband had a business emergency whilst
we were away, so for him the study with iMac was a saviour. Of course during this time, I decided to make the most of the lodge’s spa treatment room and had the most wonderful deep tissue massage. With our busy lives, I fi nd it diffi cult to relax but I actually fell asleep during my treatment! I needn’t have worried as the therapist reassured me that this was a huge compliment.
In terms of sleeping arrangements at the
lodge, it’s defi nitely worth a fi ght to stay in the master suite, which is located on the entire top fl oor of the lodge. T e room has incredible mountain views that even after seven nights you wouldn’t tire of.
T e only down side of our ski trip was leaving.
We all fell completely in love with Tiger’s Nest as it catered to all of our needs. In fact, we’ve already booked again for next year before the rest of the world catches on.

into Sion airport, just a 20 minute drive from the lodge. Geneva airport is less than two hours by car and three hours for Zurich and Milan’s Malpensa airports.
