KingsHill Dance Holidays have been around for over twelve years, organising Line dance holidays with a difference and with over 100 holidays based at more than 30 destinations, there is something for everyone.

AUDREY WATSON Brilliant weekend at the Norbreck, the best KingsHill weekend we have been on. We all thought the self-service meals were excellent.

PAULA BREWER Thank you for another really excellent weekend in Scarborough. Steve Mason once again orchestrated a thoroughly enjoyable event. He successfully managed to cater for a broad range of abilities with brilliant organisation, good humour and first class teaching.

The company doesn’t just organise fabulous dance holidays. They also do as much as they can for charity including Linedancer magazine’s charitable cause the LDF Foundation. John adds, “Our own attitude to charitable work has always been to ensure that the charities we support are either nationwide or very relevant to many of our customers. KingsHill receives numerous requests for support and over the years has donated thousands of pounds to charities up and down the country, one of the most outstanding donations being the £1100 raised for LDF in March 2011.Other notable donations have been to Children in Need as one of the KingsHill Blackpool events normally coincides with this worthy appeal day. John adds, “I have never encountered such generosity nor seen such hard work put in to raise money for charity as I see from Line Dancers, both

at my own functions and as reported regularly in Linedancer Magazine.”

KingsHill and Linedancer have enjoyed a great relationship over the years, working together since the holiday company first opened its doors. John adds, ““We are ever mindful of the benefits of occupying at least the back page of Linedancer Magazine and we are delighted to be on both the inside front and inside back covers of this the 200th Edition of Linedancer. KingsHill Holidays offer many congratulations to Betty and her team, with whom they have enjoyed a wonderful relationship over the past 12 years.”

Early on, the company established a phrase to accompany their advertising, “Your enjoyment is our business” and that is still at the very heart of the company’s thinking and actions today. John adds, “We want everyone to have a fantastic time when attending one of our weekends and it is our job to make sure they do. “

SUE FAWCETT We have had yet another awesome weekend with the fabulous Heather and Steve Barton in Carlisle courtesy of KingsHill. It’s the 6th year running that the Sioux Tribe from Harrogate have spent a weekend in Carlisle with these two amazing people. They really do know how to entertain the crowds with their great sense of fun and tireless energy. On Saturday night we were entertained by the fabulous Paul Bailey, who kept the floor full with a great mixture of new and old dances and on Friday evening we had the fabulous Steve Hanks.

I feel I must write to say what a fantastic weekend my friends and I have had. The Peacetrain group were brilliant - they made us feel so welcome and they definitely know how to give everyone a good time. It was our first trip with KingsHill but it will not be our last. We hope that you will be arranging another weekend to Eastbourne with Peacetrain next year.
