St. Day Dancers In October 2012, St. Day Line dancers from
Cornwall held a social for local charities, Spectrum (Autism) and the Memory Club (Alzheimers). Maureen Prisk told us: “It was held at the Enterprise Centre in Redruth. One of our class members has a grandchild who is Autistic and she donated extra money. In all £600 was raised. Terry who runs our club is great fun and we enjoy raising money for charity.”

“Hello from Wyn and Merv at A Chance To Dance in Cornwall. We want to let you know what we have been up to here recently. We had a great weekend in Torquay, once again an absolutely brilliant time with everyone, Line dancers really know how to party. It was a real privilege having Ria Vos pop in and join us on the floor, for lots of new and classic dances. Last week we held our Halloween evening and presented Mary Murfin, the area fundraiser for Cornwall and the isles of Scilly for Precious Lives, with a cheque for £800.45p. We would like to say a very big thank you to all our Line dancers for their support in raising these much needed funds for our little ones in Cornwall.”
