CRAFTING STRATEGIES FOR A DIGITAL FUTURE

TOBY POWELL, YUDU | @yudu

The participants in this session will join the virtual Board of a fictitious company, VUDU Media, for 40 minutes to decide upon its strategy for expansion. This is a highly interactive session designed to expose the participants to the future digital landscape and form conclusions on what strategy they would deploy if they were on the Board. The groups will receive briefing packs and then debate and collectively agree the top priorities for expansion, listing the reasons for their selection.
