catering for all backgrounds, skills and budgets. Visitors were busy meeting with franchisors face-to-face to find out more about their businesses and what the opportunities were.


A positive sign for the industry, the majority of visitors surveyed at the event indicated that, as a result of their visit, they were seriously considering purchasing a franchise. Visitors surveyed also valued the opportunity to speak to independent experts, stating that the event provided an all-round service in aiding them to launch a new career in franchising.


The programme of educational seminars and interactive features was a very popular draw for visitors who were keen to gain a better understanding of how the concept works and what it means for the individual franchisee. The seminars were delivered by accredited British Franchise Association (bfa) speakers who offered authoritative advice. The bfa only run free seminars at Venture Marketing Group franchise exhibitions, so this was a golden opportunity for visitors to learn about the world of franchising from the independent body for the industry.
