Simon Smith says Pack & Send is delivering success in the UK and as the company’s first franchisee in this country, he was a founding part of it


Global growth Simon’s Leeds-based business was the first franchised outlet for the chain, but it has been steadily followed by other franchised stores across the country including the London area. “We have a proven recipe for success,”


says Mike Ryan, UK chief executive, who has been working on launching and developing the business since 2007. “Over 120 outlets across Australia and New Zealand show we fill a gap in the market that major freight carriers cannot fully address. And our experience in the UK is that there is an even greater opportunity here. We have been stunned by the amount of interest shown in our services.” Simon who had heard about Pack &
