Pour phase B into phase A with helix stirring s=500 rpm for 1 hour. Heat phase A+B to 75˚C in bain-marie. Weigh phase C. Disperse phase C into phase AB with Staro stirring s=300 rpm in bain-marie to 75˚C; homogenise well. Weigh and heat phase D to 75˚C in bain-marie. Add phase D to combined phase ABC with Staro stirring s=500 rpm. Adjust pH to 5.5 with phase E, below 35˚C. Add phase F and mix well. Add phase Gand mix well. *The addition of Osmocide™4 allows reducing the concentration of traditional preservatives. Procedure Phase A: disperse the Optasense™ G83 in water without stirring and allow to swell for 30 minutes. Weigh and mix phase B. Pour phase A into phase B and then heat to 75˚C in bain-marie. Heat phase C to 75˚C in bain-marie. Combine phase D with phase C and homogenise well. When phase AB has reached 75˚C, pour in phase CD with helix stirring (quick speed: 1,000 rpm). Add phase E to combined phase ABCD at around 65˚C and homogenise well.
