Procedure Cold/cold-process. Weight all ingredients for phase A (oil) according to the sequence above under stirring. Add phase A without stirring to phase B (aqueous). Homogenise with a rotor/stator system at approx. 10,000 rpm for 3 minutes. Note: Add Rhodicare®
T after preparing the aqueous phase under strong

Procedure Weigh in all ingredients for phase A (oil) and heat up to approx. 80˚C. Add phase B (aqueous) within approx. 20 minutes while stirring. Hold the temperature at least at 70˚C. After the addition of phase B cool the mixture down to 50˚C-60˚C. Homogenise with a rotor/stator system at approx. 10,000 rpm for two minutes and for a further minute after cooling down to approx. 35˚C. Add phase C (perfume). The emulsion can be bottled after cooling down to 25˚C. Properties Liquid emulsion; skin absorption time: approx. 50”.
