Millis, MA — The FKN Systek N200 punch depanelizes odd-shaped boards. The machine is a top-down air operated punch for separating tab routed panels one tab at a time. An upper and lower matching knife blade is used to pinch the tabs apart. This method produces less stress on the PCB than a punch and die, since the cutting action takes place from both sides. The standard die set consists of
an upper and lower knife for cutting a single tab at a time. The tab is posi- tioned on the lower knife by placing the routed section of the panel on a set of locating pins and holding the PCB or letting it rest on the support table.

chine, more space was added between stencil and PCB to integrate new features which continue in development. The camera still moves between both media. In the F1 print- er the stencil is aligned and lowered onto the PCB for the print. What is new, however, is that the stencil can move much higher up after printing, thus creating much more space between board and stencil — space
