Scanning Electron Microscope Burnet, TX — AAT has proudly added a SEM/EDX (Scanning Electron Micro- scope) with Energy-dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy to its cleaning laboratory. President Steve Stach says, “This new instrument will allow our customer ap- plications lab to take cleaning assessment to the next level.” The Scanning Electron Microscope has a vacuum chamber that holds parts up to 4 X 4-in.
