Strictly Come Dancing stars Robbie Savage and Harry Judd have expressed their love for Sienna X sunless tanning.


Appearing in the RadioTimes, Harry Judd said: “When we first arrived the producers told us no-one enjoys it [spray tanning], but they hadn’t bargained onme and Robbie – we were straight in there”. In a Radio One interview, Robbie Savage added: “I absolutely love the spray tan”. The Sienna X teamhave been enjoying spray tanning the boys during the recent Strictly Come Dancing live tour.


Recently, pop sensation Jessie J also confessed to being amassive fan of the Sienna X products telling them: “I love yourmoisture balm!”

Study links vitamin D deficiency and heart disease


A study published in the November issue of American Journal of Cardiology has shown a link between vitmain D deficiency and heart disease.Vitamin D is known as the ‘sunshine vitamin’ as it is generated in the body by exposure to UVB.


Researchers at the Univeristy of Kansas analysed data onmore than 10,000 patients and found that 70 percent were deficient inVitamin D and their likelihood of dying of heart disease was doubled.When the patients receivedVitamin D supplements, their risk was lowered by 60 percent.


“We expected to see that therewas a relationship between heart disease and vitaminDdeficiency;wewere surprised at howstrong itwas,”Dr. James L.Vacek, professor of cardiology at theUniversity ofKansasHospital andMedical Center, told Reuters Health.
