YOUTH Sports
Learn the martial art of Japanese karate taught by instructors from the Illinois Shotokan Karate Club under the direction of four-time National Champion and U.S. Karate National Coach John DiPasquale. Participants gain discipline, confidence, flexibility and stamina as well as learn self-defense. Punches, blocks and kicks are covered in this class. Youth level is 7 to 14 years; Adult level is 15 years & up. Uniforms and belt testing are available through the ISKC Instructor. No class May 26. Location: Lincoln Center — Tuesdays O’Neill Middle School — Saturdays
