Published children’s author and creative drama teacher, Marla Hohmeier, will work with participants to create and act out an original story that takes place in Fairlyland. Characters range from fairy kings and queens to night fairies, flower fairies and candy fairies. Each participant will create their own magical character and utilize as many ideas and suggestions as possible as the class develops the plot for our script-free, mini play. Imagination, listening skills, group interaction and spontaneity will be encouraged as we play improvised games with a fairyland theme each week. Participants will be responsible for providing their own costume. There will be a classroom performance on the last day. Age:
