Authentic Tai Ji Quan focuses the mind and gently works the entire body through slow, balanced, circular movements. Exercises help you improve concentration, reduce mental stress, stimulate circulation and breathing and develop better balance, flexibility and strength. Tibetan Yoga l H
Learn a method of practicing yoga based on Five Tibetan Rites that can easily be done at home each day. This program, often described as a modified yoga program, can improve your health and vitality when practiced daily.
