These products meet the specifi c environ- mental requirements and certifi cations such as extended temperature of operation, EN50155, EN50121 and electromagnetic compatibility.
And 24 years of experience in R&D and the manufacture of industrial grade electronics underline Moxa’s technical competency. Moxa’s railway solutions upgrade your railway infrastructure operation and main- tenance to deliver improved passenger se- curity, enhanced traffi c safety, and higher operational effi ciency for the next genera- tion of railway networks.
At this year’s Railtex show in London, Moxa will present a new generation of high per- formance full Gigabit and 10Gbe industrial core switches (IKS-G6xx and ICS-G7xx se- ries), WiFi 802.11n access points with sin- gle or dual RF, redundant communication, and high speed Turbo Roaming™, and the EDR-G903R fi rewall/router.
For on-board rolling stock applications, Moxa will present new EN 50155 compliant products, including M12 Gigabit switches, a four channel M12 H.264 video encoder, and an M12 IP video camera with superior CCD image quality that supports multiple video streams (H.264, MJPEG), DynaS- tream™ for bandwidth optimisation, PoE, and comes equipped with anti-vandalism features such as covering detection.
For embedded computer applications, Moxa will present a new network video re- cording platform, which is equipped with removable hard disks and WiFi and cellu- lar connectivity - perfect for train to control
centre communications. And last but not least, Moxa will present an EN 50155 I/O controller, the ioPAC 8080.
“These products meet the specifi c environmental re- quirements and certifi cations such as extended tempera- ture of operation, EN50155, EN50121 and electromagnet- ic compatibility.”
In addition, Moxa addresses the needs of the electrifi cation market by offering IEEE 1588v2 precise time synchronisation sup- ported products, such as the PT-7728/7528 IEC 61850-3 industrial Ethernet switches for substation automation.
