Claire Reynolds, 28 Marketing Executive, EntaTech Reynolds has been with EntaTech for two years, and handles marketing activities for 24 vendors within the networking, components and CCTV categories. In 2010 she also managed two of the distributor’s gaming publications, NCS and Tagmag. Reynolds’ superiors see her as “a nice lass”, who brings fresh ideas to the marketing department.


25. Leanne Smith, 20 Product Manager, Target Components


Smith has rapidly climbed the ranks at Target to become an essential part of the distributor’s procurement team. Recently appointed to the position of product manager, Smith has been integral to the firm’s rapid growth over the last two years. Colleagues described her as "innovative, creative and extremely hard working – a pleasure to work with."


26. Yen Tru, 25 Retail Marketing and PR Executive, Interactive Ideas Since joining Interactive Ideas in 2008, Tru has become key to the distributor’s PR and marketing activities. She has run successful campaigns, created opportunities for customers and suppliers to gain exposure and provided commentary to the press. Tru is said to have the “highest level of skill and passion, building strong relationships along the way”.


27. Kevin Verney, 27 Marketing Executive, Synology UK Verney has been a marketing executive for Synology UK since June 2010, balancing PR activity with creating marketing strategies. He assists with product launches and multi-faceted advertising campaigns, assessing their progress and effectiveness. Verney is passionate about his work, gaining satisfaction from positive reviews of Synology products.

28 Lucy Walker, 24 PR Executive, Kingston Technology Since joining Kingston in 2008, Walker has taken on responsibility for agency management in the UK, Nordics, Portugal, Greece and Italy. She is also in charge of social media and consumer products, organising announcements and developing content to be used across EMEA. Her nomination highlighted her in-depth knowledge of the product range.

Rachel Wareham, 26 Buyer for PC Accessories and PC Peripherals, Best Buy UK Wareham received numerous nominations from co-workers, who admired her professionalism and drive, having worked her way up from assistant product manager to her current role. “She is well respected by colleagues and suppliers alike, has a high level of assured maturity and has delivered strong commercial results time and time again,” one senior colleague said.

30. Georgina Wilmer, 28 Tier 1 Manager, Realtime Distribution Wilmer has been at Realtime Distribution for two and a half years and in that time has been promoted twice. She now manages a team responsible for the distributor’s most important accounts including Amazon, Play.com and Dixons Retail. “It is easy to work with Georgina as she is friendly and always delivers what she promises,” her nominator said.
