Tauck at Sea
Arthur Jr. raised his children near the shores of
Long Island Sound and the family spent much
of their leisure time sailing together. It was
natural therefore that Tauck would develop
small-ship experiences that would provide
the best possible access to hidden ports and
beautiful isles.
Unlike most cruise companies, Tauck starts
with destinations that are best experienced
by water. They then handpick the ship best
suited for that region: from private yachts
in the Mediterranean and the Panama Canal
to expeditionary ships in Alaska and the
Galápagos Islands.
Since Tauck’s first small ship cruise offering,
Treasures of the Mediterranean, in 1993, Tauck at Sea
has expanded rapidly, and now covers ports of
call from Alaska to the Aegean Sea, and from
Greece to the Galapagos.
Ultimately, The Tauck Difference is about
the creativity, imagination, and ingenuity
that inspired the combination of personalized
cruising with cultural land exploration to
destinations around the world.

“World Travel Award”
