Seay began as a Hughes Aircraft Aerospace Engineer. He transitioned to theme park engineering by joining to join Six Flags Theme Parks as Corporate Engineering Manager then Premier Rides. As president, Seay leads with a focus on innovation, quality and customer service, delivering award-winning and record-breaking attractions year-after-year. Industry volunteerism includes: IAAPA Board/Global Safety Committee Chair, Past Chairman ASTM Committee F24, AIMS Board. Seay earned an Aerospace/Mechanical BS from Cornell University and did graduate studies at California State University Long Beach.
