President and CEO, Tim Timco, who joined the company

after 28 years in the amusement industry, currently leads S&S. “The single most important challenge has been creating a change in culture within the company in order to become more successful,” said Timco. “A change that presents its own set of challenges in managing the additional resources, infrastructure and facilities that are required to grow.” Over the 24 years since its founding, S&S has created

many unique ride products that have thrilled people around the globe, including tower rides (Space Shot, Turbo Drop, Combo Tower and Double Shot), the Screamin’ Swing, El Loco coasters, Free Fly coasters, mine train coasters, air- launched coasters, family inverted coasters, 4th Dimension coasters, steeplechase coasters, 4D Free Spin coasters and more, with over 500 rides installed in over 30 countries. Timco says that what makes S&S unique is, “the cutting-edge thinking that goes into our product design. We’re not trying to create the fastest or the tallest rides – we’re trying to develop ride experiences that are exceptional, that are exciting and thrilling in their own special way.” The growth of S&S Worldwide to become a

Mons noted, “Everything has been designed to foster a collaborative environment and more integration of departments within our firm. Our biggest goal was to get everything under one roof, providing what we need today and allowing some room to grow. We believe this great new facility represents very nicely what we do and how we do it.” S&S has moved from strength to strength
