BMM Testlabs: Celebrating More Than Four Decades of Trust
the industry. In both 2024 and 2025, BMM was independently honored with Vixio’s ‘Testing Service or Solution Provider of the Year’ award. Those back-to-back honors reflect more than technical capability; they reinforce the trust that customers, regulators, and the broader industry continue to place in BMM.
This year also marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter. In March 2026, The Visualize Group acquired BMM, marking the first institutional private equity acquisition of a major regulated gaming testing laboratory. As the industry comes together this fall at SBC Summit Lisbon and G2E Las Vegas, attendees will see a company continuing to evolve while remaining grounded in the values that have guided BMM for 45 years.
While acknowledging its recent growth, Storm believes BMM’s greatest strength has remained remarkably consistent.
“W
hen you reach a milestone like 45 years, it’s an opportunity to reflect, not just on how far
you’ve come, but on where you’re headed next,” said Martin Storm, President and CEO of BMM Testlabs. “Gaming has evolved tremendously over the past four decades, and we’re proud to have grown alongside the industry. What means the most to me, though, is the trust we’ve earned from customers, regulators, and partners around the world. That’s something we’ll never take for granted.”
As BMM prepares to celebrate its 45th anniversary this November, the Company has every reason to look ahead with confidence. The past 18 months have been among the most significant in its history; not simply because of its growth, but because each achievement has strengthened BMM’s ability to help customers succeed in an increasingly complex global gaming industry.
Among the Company’s defining
accomplishments was achieving full access to the U.S. Class III certification market after nearly 25 years of investment. It was a breakthrough that opened the door to greater customer choice in one of the world’s largest gaming markets. As Storm noted in a recent interview, “No other gaming lab in the last 40 years was able to break that barrier. But we did.”
BMM also expanded its global footprint with new licenses in Brazil and the United Arab Emirates, opened a new testing laboratory in São Paulo, and continued investing in engineering talent and technologies to help customers bring

innovative products to market more efficiently. BMM’s momentum has extended across every part of its business. Over the past year, BMM’s digital gaming business grew nearly three times faster than the broader iGaming market, while its land-based testing business expanded at nearly four times the market rate. Those results reflect more than growth; they reflect the confidence customers continue to place in BMM’s people, technical expertise, and decades of experience navigating regulated markets.
That commitment has also been recognized by
“When people ask me what I’m most proud of after 45 years, my answer is always the same; our people,” Storm said. “Every achievement we’ve celebrated, every market we’ve entered, and every customer relationship we’ve built is the result of talented people who care deeply about doing the right thing. They’ve earned the trust that defines us today, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve accomplished.”
