Juegos territoriales aportan US$800 millones al Sector Salud
Entre 2022 y 2026, los juegos de chance, lotería y Raspa&Listo contribuyeron de manera significativa en la financiación del régimen subsidiado. En total, $2.56 billones (US$800 millones) fueron transferidos a la salud de los territorios durante este cuatrienio.
“Con total satisfacción y seguridad, podemos decir que el Gobierno del Cambio, que representa Gustavo Petro, le cumplió a la salud y al sector de los juegos de suerte y azar. Gracias a nuestra gestión, los juegos territoriales tuvieron un impulso nunca visto que se tradujo en más recursos para los colombianos menos favorecidos”, dijo Marco Emilio Hincapié, presidente de Coljuegos.
Asimismo, las 15 loterías territoriales transfirieron más de $1.05 billones al sistema de salud, mientras que las apuestas permanentes (chance) aportaron $1.33 billones, cifras que reflejan el crecimiento sostenido del sector y el impacto de las decisiones adoptadas para garantizar su sostenibilidad. Durante el cuatrienio, las ventas
de las loterías alcanzaron $2.9 billones, y las del chance superaron los $10.6 billones, lo que demuestra una mayor confianza de los colombianos en los juegos legales.
“Hemos firmado más de 40 pactos por la legalidad con concesionarios de chance y loterías para combatir a las mafias que operan juegos sin autorización. Esto nos ha permitido fortalecer la industria legal en los 32 departamentos”, sostuvo Hincapié. “Estos resultados demuestran que cuando existe una visión clara y un trabajo articulado entre el Gobierno Nacional y las loterías del país, es posible fortalecer un sector estratégico que no solo genera empleo y desarrollo regional, sino que también garantiza más recursos para financiar la salud de millones de colombianos”, concluyó Hincapié.

Territorial Games contribute US$800 million to the Health Sector
Between 2022 and 2026, chance, lottery and scratch games – known as Territorial Games - contributed significantly to financing the health subsidized regime in Colombia, which received in total, COL$2.56 billion (US$800 million) in transfers to health authorities throughout the country during the four-year period. “We can say with total satisfaction and firmness that the Government of Change, represented by Gustavo Petro, has complied with the health sector with revenue from games of luck and chance. Thanks to our management, territorial games had an unprecedented boost that translated into more resources for less favored Colombians,” said Marco Emilio Hincapié, president of Coljuegos.
Additionally, all 15
territorial lotteries transferred more than COL$1.05 billion to the health system, while the permanent bets (chance) contributed COL$1.33 billion, figures that reflect the sustained growth of the sector and the impact of the decisions taken to guarantee
its sustainability. During the four-year period, lottery sales reached COL$2.9 billion, and chance sales exceeded COL$10.6 billion, which shows greater confidence of Colombians in legal games. “We have signed more than 40 pacts for legality with chance and lottery concessionaires to combat mafias that operate games without authorization. This has allowed us to strengthen the legal industry in the 32 departmental territories,” said Hincapié, adding: “These results show that when there is a clear vision and articulated work between the National Government and the country’s lotteries, it is possible to strengthen a strategic sector that not only generates employment and regional development but also guarantees more resources to finance the health of millions of Colombians.”

Ciberdelitos bloquea 537 sitios Web de apuestas ilegales
Argentina dio otro paso importante de fiscalización contra el juego online ilegal con el bloqueo de 537 sitios web vinculados a apuestas y juegos de azar sin licencia.
La medida fue ordenada en el marco de una investigación penal que lleva adelante la Fiscalía Especializada en Ciberdelitos del Departamento Judicial San Isidro, en Buenos Aires, a cargo del Dr. Patricio Ferrari. Los sitios son investigados por la presunta explotación ilegal de juegos de azar y apuestas online, en posible infracción al artículo 301 bis del Código Penal.
La acción fue adoptada como resultado de distintas diligencias probatorias impulsadas por la Fiscalía, por medidas requeridas por la Cámara Argentina de Salas de Casinos, Bingos y Anexos, CASCBA, con el objetivo de impedir el acceso del público a plataformas de sitios Web ilegales.

Cybercrimes Agency blocks 537 illegal gambling websites
Argentina took another important step in monitoring illegal online gambling with the blocking of 537 websites linked to unlicensed betting and gambling operations.
The legal measure followed orders within the framework of a criminal investigation carried out by the Buenos Aires’ Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in Cybercrimes of San Isidro Judicial Department, under direction of Dr. Patricio Ferrari. The sites are being investigated for alleged illegal exploitation of online gambling and betting, with possible violation of article 301 bis of Argentina Penal Code.
The judicial action was adopted as a result of evidence in several legal proceedings promoted by the Prosecutor’s Office, with legal action requested by the Argentine Chamber of Casinos, Bingos and
