SHOW REVIEW NOVOMATIC
WIN SYSTEMS
As NOVOMATIC embarks on its 40th anniversary year, the company enjoyed an excellent and celebratory ICE Totally Gaming show in London, which proved a fantastic kick-off for the company’s jubilee. Innovative products and solutions featured massively on the
traditionally largest stand of the south hall at ExCeL. The NOVOMATIC stand encompassed dedicated segments for land- based casino and AWP products & systems, biometric technologies for modern access solutions, online gaming, sports betting and cash handling solutions. Right, left and centre in the casino showcase of the stand were
Progressive Jackpots, with a broad range of Linked and Stand- alone products. At the centre of the casino presentation was the eye-catching Samurai Beauty in a bank of V.I.P. Lounge Curve 1.43 cabinets against the backdrop of its impressive and eye-catching video wall signage featuring dedicated content. The Multi-Gaminator deluxe 1T featured at the show in both
available cabinet versions – GAMINATOR Scorpion 2.24 and FUNMASTER 2.27 – presenting a very interesting vintage package. True to the motto ‘The Original Reloaded’, this game mix presents 10 of the most popular NOVOMATIC classics in their original line-layout of 5 and 9-win lines. Ainsworth once again featured prominently on the booth, with the global launch of the A- STAR cabinet. Described as a new era for Ainsworth, the A-STAR comes in two versions – A- STAR Dual Screen with two 27” monitors and A-STAR Curve with a 43” curve monitor – both in luxury style with all the features to expect from an innovative cabinet such as great design, dynamic LED lighting and LCD touchscreen button deck. In the NOVOMATIC Interactive segment of the booth, Greentube
unveiled a heart-stopping new addition to the quality portfolio of over 400 slots, table games and bingo titles: Romeo & Juliet – Sealed with a Kiss was launched in a Shakespearian-themed romantic garden setting including photo booth that drew many visitors.
66 MARCH 2020
Win Systems reported an outstandingly positive assessment of its latest participation in ICE, where the company presented its latest products and services both in the Gaming Division (like Rising Link, which received very positive feedback from delegates within the GameStar slots offer, and the individual electronic roulette station Gold Club Allegro) and in the Systems Division (with the casino management system Wigos at the forefront, and its version for arcades and route operations, Wigos One). Eric Benchimol, CEO of Win Systems, commented: “Our products and services have been historically very well accepted amongst the main Latin American casinos; recently we’ve been receiving a growing interest from many clients in the US and Canada. This ICE edition was especially important for Win Systems, as we wanted to understand the reaction from the European operators, and their feedback has honestly been even more positive than our expectations, including some very important delegates from close markets in Africa and Asia. We’re proudly gratified and we can’t wait to start with so many projects we agreed during the show.”
PST
PST bespoke furniture proudly declared ICE an overwhelming success, pronouncing it possibly the most successful show in its 26-year history exhibiting at the event. With expectations high, PST unveiled a brand-new image and website which, only five minutes after being launched, received its inaugural online order. Synonymous for delivering seating
which doesn’t just meet but exceeds customer expectations, the new PST design attracted customers across all gaming sectors with the stand busy serving casinos to betting shops, arcades to cruise ships.
The three-day event witnessed this pioneer in seating
technology launch various new ranges, the design of which showcased a unique harmony of true innovation complementing traditional craftsmanship. ICE attendees were impressed with the innovation on display. The Cosmopolitan, Vegas, Monte Carlo and Cosmopolitan Love chairs with pioneering round PTFE Teflon glides and pads proved a great success, especially as all designs were developed and launched in direct response to customer demand.
