NIGA delegation visits Gauselmann

Ernest L. Stevens Jr., in his 19th year as Chairman of the National Indian Gaming Association (NIGA), travelled to Germany with a delegation of four to get to know the Gauselmann corporate group, the company founder and Chairman of the Management Board, Paul Gauselmann, and his native country. Ernest L. Stevens Jr. represents the Indian gaming sector in his capacity as Chairman of NIGA, an organisation uniting over 250 Indian tribes operating almost 500 casinos and over 370,000 slot machines in 29 US states. “It is a great honour for us to welcome

Ernest Stevens and his delegation to the Gauselmann Group’s company headquarters. Mr Stevens has been

passionately campaigning for the concerns of the Indian gaming industry in the United States for decades. Thanks to his skill, gaming revenues have been more than tripled in the past two decades. This is a remarkable achievement and a great win for the affi liated Indian tribes, that have been able to use the generated revenues to implement many social projects such as schools, kindergartens and hospitals”, said Paul Gauselmann. “In addition, I see in Mr Stevens many parallels with my own many years of association work in the German amusement and vending machine industry and am therefore delighted to be able to get to know him better personally.” “We are delighted to have received the

invitation to get to know the East- Westphalian Gauselmann Group personally and about the wonderful hospitality shown to us during our stay”, said Ernest L. Stevens during the meeting with company founder Paul Gauselmann. “It was really fascinating to see how the high-quality products of the games makers in Germany are manufactured and, like our casinos in the United States, how they also secure local jobs.”

GameCo: redefi ning the casino fl oor

Arguably the biggest innovation to hit casino fl oors in years, GameCo’s Video Game Gambling Machines, or VGM, combine the fun and interactivity of video games with the thrill and anticipation of gambling. In partnership with data and analytics guru Andrew Cardno of Game Changing Technologies as well as both commercial and tribal casino partners, GameCo has analyzed the effectiveness and impact of its machines on the casino fl oor. During NIGA, GameCo will share information that shows that it delivers a younger and differentiated audience -- a unique audience from other ‘skill gaming’ manufacturers -- and outperforms its share of fl oor with Millennial and younger Gen X players. Additionally, GameCo and Game Changing Technologies will showcase how GameCo’s VGMs provide a True*WinValue lift to the fl oor over replacement slot machines, highlighting the impact and importance of differentiated product offerings. At the Indian Gaming Association Conference (NIGA),

GameCo will be showcasing its Bartop multigame machine, multiplayer All-Star Hoops game, and the Katana cabinet, which features an ultra-high defi nition 4K screen, with PopFish and Destination Tiki games. “GameCo is proud to be exhibiting at NIGA 2020 in support of

tribal casinos across the country. The new category of Video Game Gambling provides a foundation for tribes to further enhance their short and long-term strategies,” said Blaine Graboyes, co-founder and CEO of GameCo. “The Innovation Technology Group is excited to have GameCo join as a founding member of our organization and presenting their technology in our booth at NIGA,” said Andrew Cardnos, CEO of The Innovation Technology Group and Game Changing Technologies. “At NIGA, IGG will be showcasing member technology including a Millennial Casino with innovative concepts, individual demos and a lounge for members to have technology discussions.” Visit GameCo at NIGA at booths #2331 and #331.
