SHOW REVIEW

After the successful introduction of products to at shows from ICE Africa to BEGE in 2019, Ruby Technology’s products have been recognised and well received by operators in many markets. Radmila Krstic, Ruby Technology Regional Marketing and Sales, said: “We look forward to the exhibitions as these events provide us with the perfect opportunity to show a live demonstration of our products to the customers. “ICE provided the principal meeting point for gaming exhibitors and operators from all over the world, and at ICE London, we experienced great interest in our products as well as the chance to meet and network with many visitors from the gaming industry. Also, operators are impressed to have the possibility to be able to offer greater interaction with their guests with our 6.2” screen with its unique features, and at the same time improve both service and the overall customer gaming experience.” Ridotto, the company’s headline product, is unparalleled on the

market as it gives operators complete control of their slots inventory; from costs through to detailed reporting, ticketing, player tracking and cashless solutions. Ridotto also enables players to order food and beverage from the menu directly from their slots seat using the industry leading 6.2-inch touch screen on the slot machine. Operators can offer cash-in and out in multi-currency, with remote control and management of slot system. Lottery and promotion tools, promo code management and sports betting module directly from slot machine supported 24/7, all included within the comprehensive solution package.

SET-PRODUCTION

a new generation of CYCLOPS displays – the CYCLOPS-Slim and the CYCLOPS-Simula. Also SET-Production brought to the show one of its newest products – the Smart Media Signage (SMS) displays. The Smart Media Signage (SMS) is a server-based table limits display. Unlike similar products on the market, the SMS is a media system providing all live tables with online media feeding (images & video) and game information including casino logo, table #, bet limits, payout chart and media box (for video and image files). Every display in this system can be configured remotely to fit game type, bet limits and other information in live tables. In addition, the SMS allows sending short messages and instructions to the dealers from Pit-Boss or Shift manager PC. As always, new important orders were received by SET-Production during the show along with many inquiries from new clients.

SUZOHAPP

One of the most important trends of ICE-2020 was the integration of online gaming with live gaming. On the one hand, online casinos are more and more striving to offer live games (e.g. live Roulette wheels and live card games) to their customers beside virtual ones. On the other hand, land-based casinos want their customers to have permanent access to their table games, even if they are far away from the casino. From this point of view SET- Production offers ideal solutions for both cases – the CYCLOPS Roulette displays and readers which can automatically recognise game events from practically any standard live Roulette wheels, and translate game protocol which can be used for remote betting (for online gaming); and the automatic Roulette wheel (Olga) which is capable to operate 24/7 and broadcast all game events for online betting. Beside its traditional products (roulette wheels & winning numbers displays) SET-Production has also showcased at ICE-2020

Featured applications highlighted for these components were the growing markets in lottery, bingo, and sports betting for terminal manufacturers and operators. Key products showcased at the expo included the innovative Dynamic Panel Systems (DPS), the latest in player interface innovation, the electronic programmable locks (E-PRLs) that use Bluetooth technology to give operators remote access control to all locks from any device, and the newly-released round VisionPro LCD monitors. A central highlight for SUZOHAPP was its evolving partnership with Custom Group, an Italian technology company with a comprehensive offering of lottery terminals and printing solutions for sports betting kiosks. Global Product Manager, Mike Sigona was interviewed onsite at ICE concerning the new developments between SUZOHAPP and Custom Group for a video that just released on YouTube. “We’re very excited for a long partnership ahead and are excited add to our distribution portfolio Custom’s innovative, high-value product line with our expertise of the industry.” Lastly, SUZOHAPP made a prominent showing with its extensive team presence at ICE this year. “Our people have extensive
