actually proven out to have decision-making capability, and how you are regularly auditing and checking that those agents are acting in the right behaviours and the right rule sets that they’ve been designed to do. GIO: What does successful AI adoption look like over the next few years? And how do you see AI shaping the future of the iGaming industry? MS: Open models, closed models, ensuring that you are testing and ensuring that you have visibility into what each model can bring in terms of cost, as well as what each model brings in terms of value creation. So, we believe innovation is not going to slow down in any way, shape or form. In fact, it’s going to increase. We have to be there with our clients, and we have to be there in partnerships, driving that innovation at speed and scale.
