FRANCHISEFOCUS INVESTMENT: FROM £40,000 Investing in care
Bluebird Care will support you every step along your business journey
“R
eceiving feedback from customers and their families on the difference
we make to their lives is very humbling” – this is just one of many reasons, that Bluebird Care franchise partners give as to why they love what they do. With over 220 franchise partners and
10,000 customers in the UK and Ireland, the Bluebird Care franchise leads the way in home care provision. Set up in 2004, the business has grown
from strength to strength, which stands as a testament to always ensuring the very best care is provided to all customers – whoever they are. Offering home care services from daily visits to live-in care, right through to specialist services, Bluebird Care enables families to know a loved one is being looked after where they feel most at ease – at home. Their ethos very much ensures that everyone involved in the business truly believes that care matters and that customers should be able to remain in their own home without limitations. With a whole team behind every
business owner, the National Support Team at Bluebird Care ensures you’re never alone whether you need financial guidance, marketing support or business help and planning; there is always a team to help you. The franchise model allows you to be
a business owner, but at the same time face and overcome challenges together with the wider network and team, meaning you’re never truly in business by yourself. A potential franchise partner can be
anyone, and can come from all walks of life – many people don’t in fact realise that no care experience is needed! As long as you can show compassion and understanding to your staff and your customers; be a people person and have empathy matched with good business sense you’ll
be successful with Bluebird Care. On joining the network, all new
franchise partners are invited to a comprehensive training program at the National Support Centre to enable the best start-up for their business. This is then coupled with visits to an existing Bluebird Care franchise, gaining insight and knowledge from a mentor franchise partner.
“Unrivalled support gets your Bluebird Care business up and running”
As a new franchise partner, you will also have access to a dedicated Onboarding Manager over the course of their your two years as well as a dedicated Quality Manager who is always on hand to support with any regulatory queries and help to make sure you are compliant. A Regional Marketing Manager will then help you get the franchise off the ground with help and advice on getting your business seen by the right customers.
