Franchise partners benefit from a highly effective, centrally managed multi-channel marketing strategy to generate new business enquiries. Support is also provided with existing client development, customer care / retention and recruitment marketing.
IT support includes a dedicated helpdesk, full support and guidance for all required hardware and software, plus support with system updates and developments.
Operational support covers management of cleaning contracts, health and safety, employment law and staff training.
Accounting support comprises set-up of key financial systems in line with standard processes and models, payroll, benchmarking analysis, HMRC compliance and system support.
Regular branch visits and phone calls are provided to see how you are doing and if you need any particular advice or support.

Celebrating 40 years of success Minster Cleaning is proudly celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2022. Minster Cleaning started its journey back in 1982, when Alan Haigh, Founder and Chairman, set up the very first branch in Birmingham. By 1990, he had very profitable branches in
Birmingham and Accrington, and turnover was £1million. Alan chose to franchise the business in 1992 when the first carefully appointed franchise partners joined with the commercial / management experience and leadership qualities needed to drive their businesses forward. By 1998, group turnover had hit £10 million, doubling to £20 million only four years later! Fast forward to today and Minster Cleaning now
has over 40 highly successful branches across the UK, with a network turnover well in excess of £40 million – what a year to be 40!

If you purchase a new greenfield Minster Cleaning territory you will not have to pay a management fee in your first 12 months of trading. That’s a saving of 7% on all new contracts secured in this period! Terms and conditions 1. The free 12 months management fee period will begin from the date the franchise agreement is signed.
2. Minster Cleaning will refund 7% on new cleaning contracts started and invoiced during the first 12 months of trading.
3. The scheme applies to new greenfield franchise territories and excludes the franchise fee of £15,000 plus VAT and the marketing launch package fee of £5,000 plus VAT, which are one-off charges. In addition, minimum £35,000 working capital is required plus personal drawings.
