“I love coaching because it gives me a sense of fulfilment by helping my clients and their businesses succeed and grow”

I suspect it would have taken a few more years of saving to be able to buy this wonderful little haven if I hadn’t invested in my ActionCOACH business. We also get to see a lot of friends and

family locally and I adore spending time with my 13-year-old nephew – something we couldn’t have done so easily with our old jobs back in London. If you want to build a business which

gives you more life whilst making a difference to your local community and you’re the kind of person who:

A) loves learning and developing yourself; B) has enjoyed success in your career or sport; and C) is willing to invest if you see substantial rewards can be made…

Then find out more by watching the overview video at: actioncoach.co.uk/overview

How do you divide your week? I dedicate Mondays to team and operational-related items – we’ll have a team meeting in the morning and once a month we’ll have a management meeting. I also think one-to-one meetings are important for personal development. Fridays are reserved for strategy and business development. Tuesday to Thursday are my client- coaching days.

What do you like to do in your free time? My husband, Henry, and I bought a house in Lincolnshire during lockdown, so that extra half-day away from work is a godsend when I go there for the weekend. It’s a beautiful, quaint little village, right next to the beach – our own little slice of heaven to walk the dog.
