Kare Plus K
Established: 1989
are Plus is an established provider of healthcare staff across residential and homecare settings. Originally
established as an NHS nursing provider in 1989, Kare Plus developed into a broad franchise network that meets the needs of customers and clients alike across the UK – and the world. In 2018, the Kare Plus network comprises of almost 100 businesses providing staff across clinical, residential and homecare settings. A multi-revenue model allows franchise owners to build their businesses around the requirements of their territory and tailor their services in the most sustainable way. Every new franchise owner is given their
own key to success, which begins with access to a number of proven systems and templates designed to get them operating. Right from the off, each franchise owner must undergo a week-long training course that teaches them the various elements of running a healthcare franchise business. The Kare Plus head offi ce team – which has more than doubled in size over the past fi ve years – is home to an experienced and passionate team of individuals that support franchisees on a day-to-day basis. Their collective knowledge across core business functions like compliance, contracts, marketing, training and accounts, ensures franchise owners are never alone on their
road to success, and that support and guidance is only ever a phone call away. One-to-one support is also provided in
the form of regional support managers (RSM) who are assigned franchise owners based on the region they operate within. Their role is to provide support with day-to-day business functions, while also delivering franchisee feedback to the head offi ce team. RSMs are not only an additional form of support for franchise owners, but they also act as an excellent point of contact away from the head offi ce function. Each new franchise owner begins their
journey with access to a bank of national contracts, so they can build relationships with local suppliers right from the start. Once a business is established, the multi-revenue model comes into play, allowing them to start the process of providing regulated services. In recent years this meant providing homecare in the community, but recent adaptations to the model mean businesses can also deliver live-in and specialised care services. The Kare Plus franchise network is home
to a diverse number of entrepreneurs who are all making a difference in their local communities and building their own success, while providing tailored, quality care to those who need it most. If this resonates with you, contact the franchising team to arrange a one-to-one meeting.
