Jackson Fire & Security fulfils businesses’ legal and commercial requirements for fire safety and building security, ensuring that customers’ premises adhere to regulations and are effectively protected. Can you describe a typical day for a Jackson Fire & Security franchisee? There isn’t a typical day! Every day is different and this is what keeps our franchisees motivated and engaged. They could be surveying a site for a fire alarm, producing design drawings for a CCTV system, out on site helping on an installation or meeting a large client to discuss the service schedule for the month. Our franchisees spend a lot of time networking at local business events and meeting potential new clients.


What are you looking for in a potential Jackson Fire & Security franchisee? We require no previous industry experience, although a sales or managerial background will be of particular advantage. A candidate with strong interpersonal skills, an appetite for growth and a passion for customer service will thrive in this stimulating and challenging role.


What training and support do you provide initially and ongoing? Our training course is an initial 30 days where we provide our franchise owners with a programme which covers every aspect of the business. Our course is designed to ensure that every new franchise owner gains the knowledge, skills and, above all, the confidence required to begin developing a thriving Jackson Fire & Security business. We include a series of industry- accredited fire safety courses providing our franchise owners and their team with the ability to work within our gold- standard accreditations. We also equip our franchisees with training on all aspects of our business such as sales, quoting, operations management and project management and this level of support is ongoing throughout the franchise term.


What’s so rewarding about running a management franchise? Our franchisees feel they are building something of real value, which can become a huge asset for them in the future. With the Jackson Fire & Security model, there is


scope to grow the business to manage a team of multi-skilled engineers and office staff, consistently growing levels of turnover and expanding into new market sectors.
