Winter whites Soft edges
Many hats had warm and comfortable trimming around the face. Luca della Lama showed a combination of a hoodie with a matching cap in the same soft material. Jennifer Ouellette finished a headband with a furry trimming and Tolentino used a furry trim instead of a ribbon to finish a felt hat.

Karen Henriksen used wool fabric in a delicate winter white colour in one of her new cap designs. Harvy Santos’s percher is a convertible hat. It can be worn on the head, but also doubles as a bag. The shape is inspired by the Guggenheim Museum. For Gi’n’Gi, their white warm, waterproof and soft neoprene hat proved to be a bestseller.

Big brims, big colours Big brims seem to make a
cautious return for next winter.
Xenia Biegler had a wide-brimmed green hat with matching strass stones in the veiling around the brim. Bronté showed an updated version of their Audrey model in bordeaux. Tesi had a bright red
boater-style hat with a wide brim and patent leather ribbon and bow.
