Other features include sending out WebRTC invitations via email directly from the UI, while a recording option allows the user to record conversations in pretalk (off-air) as well as on-air with just one click. The RC 220C is a new COB LED light from SmallRig that not only offers full RGBCW spectrum control over its previous RC 220B bi-colour light, but also an expanded colour temperature range, from 2500K to 10,000K (up from 2700K to 6500K). It can deliver up to 8160 lux of brightness at 3200K (at 1m). The power system includes an integrated V-mount, which supports up to 150W maximum
input, or 220W AC power (with included 6m power cord). It can also attach mini adapters, such as for mounting NP-F970 batteries.
SmallRig claims it is ‘48%
more compact than standard COB lights’, thanks to its use of high-effi ciency gallium nitride semiconductor technology, and ‘17% lighter with mini adapters’ compared to traditional setups. The main body of the light measures 155x166x120mm. It comes with a Bowens mount and umbrella socket. 11.C10
Claiming to be the fi rst provider to fully integrate embedded SIM (eSIM) technology across its 5G/ LTE bonded cellular product line, Vislink says it is eliminating the need for physical SIM cards. The move enables remote SIM
provisioning directly through LinkMatrix, Vislink’s cloud- based live video control and management platform. Mickey Miller, CEO, Vislink, said: “We’re proud to be the fi rst provider to offer a bonded cellular ecosystem where users can manage connectivity without physical SIMs. This gives broadcasters and public safety teams faster deployment, better network control and real-time adaptability – all from a single platform.”
