As audiences continue to view content across an ever-increasing number of platforms and as new technologies, particularly AI, disrupt the industry, there’s plenty to talk about when it comes to OTT. The good news is that while there are certainly challenges facing the industry, there is also opportunity. One place to fi nd out more about both of these, and the technologies available to help deliver and monetise OTT content, is the Content Everywhere area of the show fl oor. Situated in Halls 4 and 5, it is home to 150 exhibitors showcasing the latest technologies and platforms.
This includes Globecast, which is talking about a recently announced partnership with US motorsports television network Racer Network; Norsk, which is demoing the latest advancements in its Norsk by id3as low-code live streaming software development kit; and 3 Screen Solutions (3SS), which is showcasing how it works with service providers to upgrade TV services without requiring

customers to change their TV equipment.
The Content Everywhere stages, one in Hall 4 and one in Hall 5, will also be holding a series of demos today. Brenton Ough, CEO & Co-founder of Touchstream, will present ‘The Calm in the Chaos: Mastering OTT operations with one unifi ed hub’, showcasing a unifi ed control platform that gives operations teams real-time, end-to-end visibility – of bitrate, latency, ad QoE, rebuffering, CDN health and deep video quality metrics – all in one dashboard.
Anaitz Goia, Head of Strategy, Innovation & New Business Development, Fagor Electronica, will then share how the company helps pay-TV operators adapt and thrive in evolving B2B markets, including hospitality, healthcare, education and corporate. The fi nal demo of the day sees Dejan Popov Tapavicki, Pre-Sales & Marketing Manager, and Nikola Smiljkovic, Business Development Director, iWedia, highlight how multiple screens can be managed with iWedia DMS, a centralised platform for controlling all DTV clients.

From AI-powered penalty shootouts and speed pitches to the companies that are shaping the future of media and entertainment, the Future Tech area of the IBC show fl oor in Hall 14 is providing inspiration and provoking conversation among attendees.
One of the most talked-about interactive experiences of the show is the Google AI Penalty Challenge. By bringing the power of AI to the football pitch, it is showcasing how the technology is used for real-time decision-making, coaching and athletic performance
analysis. Visitors are invited to step up and take a shot while discovering what AI can really do. In addition to hosting two IBC Accelerator project sessions today on the Future Tech Stage – ‘Stamping Your Content (C2PA Provenance)’ and ‘Ultra-Low
Latency Live Streaming at Scale’ – Future Tech is also home to the Accelerator Innovation Zone, where visitors can get hands- on with all nine cutting-edge projects taking part in this year’s programme. Learn how they are addressing pressing issues in content creation, live production and distribution, audience engagement and technology integration, intelligent automation, sustainability, ad-tech, connectivity and many other areas. To encourage the conversations to continue, the Networking Hub is hosting informal lunches, curated meetups and DJ sets all in a relaxed space where media and tech professionals can connect.
The Future Tech hub is in Hall 14.

Also being presented today are the results of the IBC Accelerator project ‘Ultra-Low Latency Live Streaming at Scale’, which builds on the foundation of last year’s ‘Scalable Ultra-Low Latency Streaming for Premium Sports’ Accelerator.
