• General meeting registration is required to select ticketed events and programs with the exception of the Insurance Workshops and the Dental Hygiene Symposium.


• Utilize one method of registration to avoid duplicate records.


• All professionals must register in the appropriate category in order to claim continuing education (CE) credits.


• Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and checks drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.


• Registered spouses and/or guests are not permitted to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Refunds will be granted to registrants who submit written refund requests by Sept. 18, 2018, less a US$75 administrative fee based on handling costs. Requests for refunds will not be accepted in any form after Sept. 18, 2018.

• There will be a US$50 replacement fee for any lost name badges.


• All credentials will need to be picked up at the meeting. No credentials will be mailed in advance.


• All registration fees are in U.S. dollars.
