Research Forum Poster Session and Competition 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.


Poster Presentation and Finalist Judging 10 a.m. - noon


The Research Forum Poster Session provides a platform for clinical research, basic research, and case reports to be presented by those in the field of periodontics. Research abstracts were submitted to the AAP’s Research Submissions Committee, who selected the poster presenters and finalists. At 10 a.m., poster session finalists will present their research, with a cash prize being awarded to one poster in clinical research and another in basic research. In addition, one presenter will be awarded the Clinical Impact Award, whose research has the greatest potential for changing and improving periodontal health and patient care.
