Exhibition General Information
Explore the products and services of more than 300 exhibit booths. The 2018 Annual Meeting Exhibition will take place at the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building inside Exhibit Halls ABC.
Please support the Exhibit Hall by visiting all the various participating companies.

Regulations
Please note, children under 18 years of age are not permitted into the Exhibit Hall. This policy has been established for the safety of the children of members and other attendees. Participant support and compliance are appreciated. A registration badge is required for access to the Exhibit Hall.
CE Pavilion
Participants will be able to log continuing education (CE) credits at the CE Pavilion located in the Exhibit Hall. The CE Pavilion will be designated to print certificates of attendance and/or presentation. The terminals will be located directly in front of the 1600 aisle. New this year, CE verification forms for Hands-On Workshops and the Dental Hygiene Symposium will be issued to all participants via email and post-meeting.
Poster Sessions Two poster sessions will be featured this year.
The AAP’s Research Forum Poster Session provides a platform for clinical and basic research to be presented by those in the field of periodontics. Finalists and authors will present their research on Sunday at 10 a.m.
Posters from the Japanese Academy of Clinical Periodontology and the Japanese Society of Periodontology will also be on display.
Coffee Breaks
Complimentary coffee will be available to registrants from 10-10:45 a.m. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday in the Exhibit Hall.
Lunches
10 a.m.–6:30 p.m. 10 a.m.–6 p.m. 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Professional registrants will receive complimentary grab- and-go lunch tickets with their registration materials that may be redeemed in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Each daily voucher is valid for one grab-and- go lunch with three options to choose from. The grab-and- go lunch will include one bottle of water per person. Meals for spouses, guests, and exhibitors may be purchased at the Bistro in the Exhibit Hall as well as additional beverages.
Extended Welcome Reception
Kick off the 2018 Annual Meeting at this year’s extended Welcome Reception on Sunday from 5-6:30 p.m.! This festive, fun-filled event will be a global celebration of periodontics and feature hors d’oeuvres and time with exhibitors. Professional attendees will receive two drink tickets in their registration packets. This is a great opportunity to network and show support to the exhibitors.
Perio Park
Join fellow attendees in Perio Park, located in the Exhibit Hall. Perio Park is a great place to relax, continue conversations with colleagues, charge your electronic devices, view the job information exchange board, and purchase food and beverages. Stay tuned to

Speaker Studio
Visit the Speaker Studio at booth #533 for an opportunity to interact with some of the Academy’s expert speakers. Participate in a Q&A session or a group discussion with invited speakers in an intimate setting. Stay tuned to
