Hotel Cancellations and Refunds
Experient will accept new reservation requests, changes, and cancellations until 5 p.m. EST, Oct. 2, 2018. Experient will accept changes, cancellations, and new reservations on a space-available basis after that date. Beginning Oct. 15, 2018, please contact the hotels directly for changes, cancellations, and new reservations. Please refer to your booking confirmation for individual hotel cancellation policies.

Air Travel
United and Delta Airlines are the AAP’s official airline carriers offering discounts on all airfares to Vancouver.

Using United’s website
united.com, enter ZF7T in the offer code box. If booking by phone, call 800-426-1122. Please note that United charges a US$25 fee for phone reservations. For calls outside of the U.S., please contact your local United Airlines Reservation office. If booking through a travel professional, provide the agent with the AAP’s “Z code” ZF7T and agreement code 528330.
Direct Travel
Direct Travel, AAP’s official travel partner, is available to assist with your air travel needs to attend the 2018 Annual Meeting. Call the Direct Travel Desk toll-free at 800-853-0972, Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CDT, or email
ord@dt.com. A service fee of US$35 applies for agent assistance. The United or Delta Airlines discount will automatically be applied when booking through Direct Travel.
Ground Transportation
Airport Transportation For information about ground transportation to and from the Vancouver International Airport, visit
yvr.ca/en/passengers/transportation.
For light rail public transit, the Canada Line services downtown Vancouver to/from Vancouver International Airport in 26 minutes. At the airport, the Canada Line station is centrally located between the Vancouver International Airport’s International and Domestic Terminals. Follow all signs that reference Canada Line.

translink.ca. All transit users traveling on the Canada Line leaving the airport are subject to a CAN$5 Canada Line YVR AddFare, in addition to the regular zone fare. Credit cards are accepted.
Taxis and wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available at taxi stands located on Level 2 of the Domestic Terminal and through the exit doors of the International Arrivals Area at Vancouver International Airport.
