Housing and Travel
The AAP has appointed Experient as its official housing and registration company and has secured a block of hotel rooms near the Vancouver Convention Centre. All housing is reserved through Experient for the AAP room block; hotels cannot accept accommodation requests made directly. Reservations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A CAN$17 per room per night fee is included in the room rates and will be paid to Experient. All hotel fees are listed in Canadian dollars.
Attendees must register for the Annual Meeting to secure housing. Room rates listed do not include the current tax per night of 16.5% (consisting of the following: GST 5%, PST 8%, MDRT 2%, and DMF 1.5%). Taxes and fees are subject to change.
Please review the cancellation policy for your hotel carefully. Changes and cancellations must be made before the cancellation deadline or you will lose your hotel deposit. Please refer to your housing confirmation for the cancellation policy for your selected hotel. Please note that these three hotels all require that cancellations be made no later than 21 days prior to arrival and that no refunds will be issued by those hotels for cancellations made after that deadline: Fairmont Waterfront; Fairmont Pacific Rim; Pan Pacific Vancouver.
