WHAT’S NEW IN THE CULTURAL TOURISM MARKET? There is always something new, from the Day of the Dead Parade in Mexico City on October 27 to visiting a Tarahumara family in one of their caves in Chihuahua. Mexico has more than 3,000 years of history and is rich in culture and tradition.


WHAT TENDS TO SURPRISE VISITORS ABOUT MEXICO? The diversity. We have more than 6,800 miles of coastline and the mileage from Cancun to Tijuana is the same as from Madrid to Moscow. Imagine the diversity that Europe has in terms of gastronomy, languages, weather, culture, landscapes, fauna and flora. Well, Mexico has it too.


WHAT ARE YOU INVESTING IN FOR 2019? We’re investing in showing the world what Mexico has to offer – especially our diversity, our value for money, our excellent air connectivity and our customer service.
