The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
As the first Ritz-Carlton spa in the region to launch the ESPA wellness pillars that nourish the mind, body and skin, the spa at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert combines the latest beauty techniques with ancient rituals, providing a holistic approach to leave guests revitalised and refreshed. Every year, The Ritz-Carlton Spa evolves to
provide the most sought-after treatments. It has recently introduced three new HydraFacial treatments — the latest phenomenon in skincare. Choose from the Platinum HydraFacial, Essence HydraFacial and Deluxe HydraFacial, in which a hydra-dermabrasion device delivers a patented three-part regimen of cleansing, exfoliating and infusing skin with intensive serums to deliver an all-over glowing complexion. The Ritz-Carlton Spa has also adopted the ESPA
wellness pillars — the philosophy that optimum health is achieved by adapting physically, mentally and spiritually to everyday life’s challenges. There’s a full choice of treatments for each wellness pillar, including the Heal and Renew
Facial for your Mind, which mixes guided breathing, massage and visualisation; while the Wellbeing and Resilience Massage uses yogic stretching, reflexolog and scalp massage to boost energ levels and strengthen the immune system. The Renew & Revitalise Ritual, meanwhile, focuses on skin rejuvenation, and mixes body brushing, thymus tapping and lymphatic facial massage. As a luxury sanctuary dedicated to guests’
wellbeing, The Ritz-Carlton Spa offers full- or half-day packages that combine multiple treatments and activities to ensure total relaxation. For the ultimate pampering session, guests can select the full-day option, which features a mindful yoga session, a unique experience at The Rainforest, a traditional bamboo massage and natural resilience facial. Alternatively, guests can relax and rejuvenate with a bespoke experience that includes a calming ritual and body wrap, followed by a massage and a hydrating facial treatment, all topped off with a healthy lunch at Kaheela restaurant.
Don’t miss Outdoor Vinyasa yoga sessions help guests to release tension, gain strength, balance the body and focus the mind
