Hotel was led by architect Álvaro Sans and combines traditional and contemporary design. The hotel has 159 rooms, including 48 premium rooms and 68 supreme rooms, which have sea views, private balconies and private pools.
The hotel dining facilities offer exquisite cuisine
in each restaurant using the freshest ingredients from the island’s farms. There’s an outpost of S’Amarador Restaurant in Ciutadella, widely recognised as the top seafood restaurant on the island and famous for its local red lobster stew, at Villa Le Blanc. In addition, the restaurateur Joan Canals brings his expertise to Cru. This raw bar concept combines fresh local seafood, vegetables and olive oils with a unique cocktail selection. The hotel is also home to a temple to health
and beauty thanks to Anne Semonin Paris. With treatments and experiences based on vegan cosmetics and natural products, this is the third spa in Spain for Anne Semonin, joining a number of spas in select locations in the most exclusive hotels in the world, including resorts in Japan, Hong Kong, Doha, Greece and the Maldives. The hotel aims to achieve a carbon neutral
footprint by using biomass boilers, geothermal and photovoltaic energ, clean and grey water recovery, and digital technologies to improve water and energ system efficiency.
