The executive chef and his team have a variety of tempting menus, but they’ll also work to prepare menus based on your exact requirements, using perfectly selected local and seasonal produce — so, rest assured, you, your family and friends will be extremely well-fed throughout your stay. OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES A host of private on-site adventurous experiences are available to satisfy all tastes. The 18-hole championship golf course is maintained to exacting standards by the excellent grounds team. After your round of golf, enjoy a Guinness in the Clubhouse bar,
which overlooks the 18th hole. If golf isn’t your thing, set off for a relaxing day of fishing at the beautiful 20-acre lake where you can enjoy some of the finest fishing in Dublin. The River Liffey-fed lake provides some breathtaking sights among which to fish, including its vintage boat house, a time-worn Doric Temple and an enchanting waterfall. Other activities on site include falconry, clay-
pigeon shooting, archery and the wonderful horse and hound experience, bike hire, historical tours and a woodland walk.
GETTING AROUND Enjoy a complimentary airport collection from either Dublin Airport, which is 20 minutes away or the private Weston Airport, which is only 10 minutes from the estate. You can also arrive by helicopter and land in style on the stunning lawn at the front of the castle. You will then have access to your very own chauffeur who will be on hand throughout the duration of your stay to get you wherever you need to go.
