PAID CONTENT FOR CASTLE HOT SPRINGS
Castle Hot Springs ARIZONA, USA
Sprawling across 450 hectares in Arizona’s Sonoran Desert, just north of Phoenix and Scottsdale, Castle Hot Springs is a haven for relaxation and adventure. The focal point of this secluded resort are the natural hot springs that produce over 200,000 gallons of crystal-clear, mineral-rich water each day. The therapeutic water continuously cascades into three pools with temperatures that vary between 30-41C. The pools are set in a desert canyon along a palm-tree- lined trail. Originally developed as Arizona’s first wellness resort in 1896, Castle Hot Springs was carefully restored to honour its history while meeting the needs of today’s discerning guests. An on-site farm supports an inventive culinary
programme, growing over 500 varieties of fruits, vegetables, herbs and florals throughout the year. The ‘flavour farmers’ use innovative organic techniques and constantly experiment with new varieties and crops. Chefs, farmers and bartenders collaborate with each other to provide guests with unique food and drink offerings. There’s also a robust wine list with superb
vintages to accompany the delicious dishes. Guest meals are included in the nightly rate. Daily activities on offer include yoga, meditation,
pickleball, guided hikes and farm tours. Additional offerings include an array of wellness treatments designed exclusively for Castle Hot Springs, which take inspiration from the therapeutic water as well as local fresh herbs and produce. Treatments are administered among the canyon walls in creek-side cabanas. Private, custom- designed wellness sessions may also be arranged. Adventurers can enjoy the wide-open spaces
on horseback, off-road vehicles and e-bikes, or through the challenge of a via ferrata course, aerial walkway or canyoneering climbing adventure. The 30 private, luxurious dwellings have
stunning views from the private patio; Sky View cabins have a deck with telescopes to explore the night sky and a private, outdoor soaking tub; while the Spring Bungalows feature large patios with indoor and outdoor fireplaces and a custom Sonoma Stone soaking tub, which can be filled with water directly from the mineral rich hot springs.
Don’t miss Make time to soak in the mineral-rich hot spring pools and feel the stress evaporate from your body
