Wayqey Lodge is a magical luxury lodge set in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, tucked away between the mountains amid breathtaking landscapes. Fourteen cabins have been built to feature rustic Andean features and traditional Cusco details alongside modern conveniences and amenities. Sprawling across three cosily furnished


floors, each cabin has a distinct ‘home away from home’ feel that will instantly make visitors feel welcomed and cared for. The first floor features a living room with a sofa


bed, cable TV, dining room, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace where they can relax, read a book or have breakfast while enjoying views of the stunning scenery. The second floor has a bathroom, a master


bedroom with a queen-size bed and cable TV, and a secondary bedroom with a double bed, all featuring balconies with views of the mountains. There’s also an attic bedroom with two twin beds (perfect for families with children). Wayqey Lodge is an hour’s drive from the city of Cusco and a 10-minute walk from the main


square of Urubamba, where visitors will find a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, local markets and other attractions. It is the perfect place to visit to get an insight into local culture. The lodge has an excellent restaurant and room


service, and a bonfire area where guests can relax with a glass of wine under the stars and roast some marshmallows. There’s also a clay oven for preparing wood-oven cooked pizzas and local Peruvian dishes. Visitors can enjoy a private cooking class and


learn how to make a traditional Pisco sour, or walk to the town centre for fine dining in an award-winning restaurant. The lodge is ideally located for visits to some of


Peru’s most iconic attractions, including Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley tour circuit, the ancient ruins of Pisac and its village and market, the archaeological site of Ollantaytambo, Maras salt mines, Moray complex and the Chinchero District. Guests can also visit the city of Cusco and the


adventure areas for zip-lining, trekking, climbing, ATV rides, bike rides and horseback riding.
