MOB HOUSE, located in the heart of Les Puces de Saint-Ouen, is a hotel created by Cyril Aouizerate for nomad entrepreneurs, those in search of time, space and experience, and anyone who responds to the contemporary hybridisation. With its organic restaurant, gm, terraces and
outdoor pool, the hotel meets all the requirements of a luxury hotel. However, the conviction of its creators is based on principles of time and space. MOB HOUSE offers a new model of hotel with

— from the building’s abundant natural and organic materials such as terracotta, wood and clay, to the furniture, which gives priority to local and handcrafted products. Its food and drink offering is dedicated to fresh products, small organic producers and short supply chains, while the 2,000sq metre, open-ground garden is filled with trees.
At MOB HOUSE, ecolog is also channelled
through food, and Feuille de Chou is a model pupil with a local supply from organic farmers and market gardeners. All the produce used in the restaurant is organically grown, and the various alcoholic beverages offered at the bar are also organic. The restaurant honours local, quality products,
drawing from the classics of French cuisine to give birth to simple and healthy dishes based on tradition and innovation. Must-haves on the menu include French beef chuck and snails with aniseed butter, along with comforting dishes such as the emmenthal ham and poached egg quiche or the Feuille de Chou burger — also available as a vegetarian option. Feuille de Chou is a real place to live, with a
natural and warm decoration combining raw materials such as wood. Different areas are available for lunch or dinner, depending on your desires, with a beautiful view of the garden, the open kitchen where recipes come to life or the corner with a crackling stove.
