into the sandwich and salad bar, Chill-ee, in the heart of the hotel. It’s a local favourite that offers homemade bread, friendly service and Danish favourites like open sandwiches and fresh salads. At night, the bar turns into a quality cocktail
bar with dining. The Club serves classic cocktails and excellent dishes, and there’s room for quiet conversation, formal meetings and festive gatherings in the urban, luxurious surroundings. There’s also The Shrimp, the hotel restaurant located in a delightful atrium courtyard. Annæ is the city itself and the history of the area, Frederiksstaden, which surrounds the hotel. The interior’s colour palette is inspired by the famous Danish painter Vilhelm Hammershøi, who himself found Copenhagen to be a great source of inspiration in his artworks.
