Built at the end of the 19th century, the historic and emblematic Haussmannian architecture of Boscolo Lyon Hotel & Spa was renovated in 2016 with 133 rooms including 17 suites. A few have breathtaking views of the Rhone River and city centre, and are decorated with delicate materials, custom-made by Italian craftsmen. The floor and walls are covered in elegant black marble that extends into the kitchen, which is open to the main room of the restaurant. Comfortably seated, guests can indulge in sublime Italian flavours, created by chef Pasquale Lanzilotti. At the end of the day, the magnificent Grand Salon under the glass roof is transformed to
